We have identified School, Family, and Community Engagement Reform as one of the greatest opportunity areas of focus for many under-performing schools. We have assisted organizations in recognizing their core engagement practices and articulating a clear operational philosophy as a means to achieving their visions.
We have shown that when organizations effectively empower high-levels of stakeholder engagement, they generate additional resources and higher-levels of productivity, creativity, and organizational wisdom.
Most recently, over the past ten years, our work has centered on implementing the School Wellness Project implemented in partnership with the San Diego Unified School District. A well-respected effort centered within the Hoover Cluster in City Heights as funded by The California Endowment in one of their Building Healthy Communities sites.
We further have experience working with fortune 500 companies, foundations, federal government branches, universities, school districts, state educational agencies, and non-profit groups. We have worked on the national, state, county, city, community, and unit levels. We have worked throughout educational levels, pre-K through post-secondary. We have worked on policy committees, community initiatives, program improvement teams, and educational reform programs. Yet, we continue to expand our knowledge, learning from each client.
